According to several reports, Robert Lewandowski has welcomed a potential move for Manchester City's Leroy Sane, labelling him a "great player with a lot of quality and potential."
According to reports made by the Daily Record, the Bundesliga champions are being heavily linked with a transfer for Leroy Sane, and the Bavarian club has also met with the player's representatives over a possible summer transfer.
Leroy Sane has fallen out of favour at Manchester City, and he has been linked with a move back to Germany in the last few weeks, having made his professional debut in football for Schalke way back in 2014, earning him a move to Manchester City just two years after.
One of Bayern Munich's main men, Robert Lewandowski, has gone on to praise Sane, saying that he has "seen quite a few times how good he is. Players like him can improve the team from the very first game.”
Bayern Munich have already signed Benjamin Pavard from Stuttgart, as well as Lucas Hernandez from Atletico Madrid, and Leroy Sane seems to soon be added to that list, as the Bavarian giants aim to compete again to become UEFA Champions League winners, after an underwhelming season, even though they won the Bundesliga and are in the DFB Pokal final.
Leroy Sane will be seen as a possible replacement to Franck Ribery or Arjen Robben, with the pair leaving the club after a significant time at the club.
