Juventus, Bayern Munich and Barcelona are reportedly all interested in Ajax star midfielder Ryan Gravenberch, who is set to leave the Dutch side in the next year.

According to Nicolo Schira on Twitter, Ajax have failed to agree on a contract extension with Gravenberch, with his current deal expiring in 2023.

As a result, the Dutch midfielder can leave Ajax in the summer, with several European clubs monitoring him, especially the likes of Juventus, Bayern Munich and Barcelona, with them already showing an interest in him.

The 19-year-old has become a fan favourite at Ajax, and his scintillating performances have made him one of the first names in the line-up, despite his very young age.

Gravenberch has made 31 appearances in all competitions so far this season, even getting a goal and four assists despite playing relatively deep in midfield.

While he is able to leave on a free, Gravenberch has spoken out in recent weeks, particularly during an interview with Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad (via InsideFutbol), saying that "It is up to my agent [Mino Raiola] and father, I don't know whether I will leave Ajax next summer."

"What I know for sure is that I will not leave if Ajax are not earning anything from me."

"I have played here all my career. Ajax have been good to me and I owe a lot to the club. I cannot just leave on a free transfer. That will not happen."

He then added "It is not bad to step out of your comfort zone", later claiming that "A different competition, different life and different people around you. But that can also be done at 22 for example."

Gravenberch is a huge talent, not just in the Netherlands, but in European football, and with plenty of top sides keen to sign him, he might be prized away from Ajax this summer.

Multiple reports have indicated that Bayern Munich seem to be the favourites to land his signature, but Juventus and Barcelona are both keeping very close tabs on him, especially with Juve wanting to revitalise their midfield, while Barca want a star signing in midfield to partner Frenkie de Jong and start to slowly replace Sergio Busquets.

Gravenberch has a huge future ahead of him, and it will be interesting to see how much Ajax demand for him in the summer.
