Zidane confident of Real Madrid having a 'good season' as Benzema hat-trick removes some worries

Karim Benzema proved to be Real Madrid's hero once again, scoring a hat-trick in their pre-season match against Fenerbahce which ended 5-3 in favour of the Spanish giants.
Whilst Real Madrid have strengthened in numbers with numerous big signings, they have managed to struggle massively over the course of pre-season, with them conceding 16 goals in just five matches.
However, Zinedine Zidane is still hopeful that the players will go on to perform in the upcoming season, saying after the win that "We are going to find the solutions, we are going to work. I stand by my players and I know that we are going to make progress and that we will have a very good season."
Real Madrid were humiliated last week as they lost 7-3 against their city rivals Atletico Madrid in a day to forget for the 13-time UEFA Champions League winners.
To make matters worse, the ongoing speculation surrounding Gareth Bale and him leaving the club hasn't gotten any better, after the Welshman was forced to sit out the two games in Munich, after his planned transfer to Chinese side Jiangsu Suning breaking down.
