Real Madrid are currently in the process of weighing up a move for Borussia Dortmund's Raphael Guerreiro in the summer, with the full-back being valued at around €30 million.
According to a report from Spanish outlet Defensa Central, Real Madrid are trying to push for a move for Borussia Dortmund's Guerreiro in the summer transfer window.
The current La Liga champions have outlined the Portuguese full-back as one of three options considered to replace Marcelo, who is set to leave the club in the summer.
Guerreiro joined Dortmund from Lorient in 2016, establishing himself as one of the German side's most important players, and whilst his progress has been hindered by injuries in the past, the 27-year-old has still gone on to make 145 appearances for Dortmund.
In his 145 appearances for Dortmund, he has racked up a very impressive tally of 27 goals and 30 assists.
Several clubs are monitoring Guerreiro, with his fantastic efforts over recent years not going unnoticed, yet Real Madrid are the favourites to sign him.
Real Madrid are keen to replace Marcelo, and whilst Ferland Mendy has done very well ever since he arrived, they are looking for back-up options to compete with the French defender, and apart from Guerreiro, Real Madrid are also looking at Tottenham Hotspur left-back Sergio Reguilon, and also their Real Madrid Castilla academy talent Miguel Gutierrez.
However, it remains to be seen whether Real Madrid will be keen on spending €30 million on a left-back that will not play regularly, and is already 27.
Guerreiro has impressed massively this season, registering three goals and nine assists in 20 Bundesliga games.
