Paris Saint-Germain are set to head into one of their most hectic summer transfer windows yet, and they could be set to sell some of their players, one being struggling defender Thilo Kehrer.

According to a report from L'Equipe (via Le10Sport), PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino does not see a future for Kehrer at the club, and are therefore listening to offers for the German.

The 24-year-old has attracted interest from Premier League side Arsenal, and they could go in to sign him in the summer, with a recent report claiming that they have already put in a €9 million offer for him.

However, it is still not known if PSG would consider such a low offer for a player that is still relatively young.

The German defender joined PSG in 2018 from Schalke 04 for a staggering fee of €37 million, and since then he has played 94 times for the French club in all competitions.

Arsenal are in need of a squad reshuffle after a disastrous season that saw them finish in eighth, the first time in 25 years that they have failed to qualify for European football.

This season, Kehrer has struggled with injuries, leading to him making just 16 starts in Ligue 1, with these appearances coming at either centre-back or right-back, often being utilised for his versatility.

Pochettino seems to prefer the likes of Marquinhos and Presnel Kimpembe as his starting centre-backs, and Kehrer has been left to challenge for a rotation spot with Abdou Diallo, who is struggling for minutes as well.

Kehrer could be a good signing for Arsenal, and since he is not wanted by PSG, he could be sold for a relatively cheap fee.
