Manchester United defender arrives at Carrington ahead of deadline day move to Everton

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer set to sell Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo to Everton

Manchester United do not seem to be bringing anyone into the club during deadline day, but Marcos Rojo has arrived at Carrington with his agent ahead of a move to Everton.

After Harry Maguire's arrival to Manchester United, the club was always going to sell one of the centre-backs at the club, and it seems that the defender that is going to be sold is none other than Marcos Rojo.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has previously admitted that one of the centre-backs could leave the club if the Maguire deal was completed, and Rojo seems set to be sold.

With Everton looking for a replacement for Kurt Zouma, who is set to stay at Chelsea this season after a successful loan spell in Merseyside, Rojo fits the bill for a resilient no-nonsense defender.

Marcos Rojo is currently being valued at around £10 million, and played only six games in all competitions last season. In total, Rojo has made 113 appearances in all competitions for Manchester United since he signed for the club in the summer of 2014.
