Antoine Griezmann is for sale this summer, Barcelona president confirms

Barcelona president Joan Laporta has confirmed that 30-year-old Antoine Griezmann is for sale this summer, with him being strongly linked with a move away.
The Frenchman has reportedly been targeted by former club Atletico Madrid, while several Premier League clubs have also kept a close eye on his situation at Barcelona.
Laporta has claimed that the Catalan giants love Griezmann, however they have plenty of financial problems that has resulted in him being put up for sale this summer.
Mundo Deportivo (via SportsMole) have quoted him as saying that "Griezmann is a player that has a market, with clubs interested, and we are building the squad searching for a financial equilibrium".
"With Antoine, we don't have any problem, we love him. But if the market moves, we are open to all offers because we are in a delicate moment where we have to balance financial fair play and because of that, we should speak with all the players so that it does not hurt them, or (if it does) for the least time possible."
He added that they "are making these balances and are open to all the options that the market can give us, but we don't want to harm the team competitively".
The World Cup winner is back training with Barcelona after France's disappointing Euro 2020 tournament, where they were knocked out in the Round of 16 against Switzerland.
Griezmann scored 20 goals and 13 assists in 51 games in all competitions last season, as Barcelona stumbled in the final stages of the league, while they won the Copa del Rey.
Griezmann joined Barcelona from Atletico in the summer of 2019 for a staggering €120 million, yet his market value has now dropped to €60 million (via transfermarkt.com) after what has been a mixed time at Barcelona so far.
