Anderlecht and Hellas Verona are reportedly targeting Bayern Munich's Joshua Zirkzee, who is tipped for a loan move this summer.

According to a report from Voetbal International, Bayern Munich are keen on sending the Dutch forward out on loan for the upcoming season, with Anderlecht and Verona being tipped as the likeliest destinations for him.

He was loaned out to Parma for the second half of last season, yet he only made four appearances due to a medial collateral ligament injury.

The 20-year-old has returned to Bayern Munich following the disappointing loan spell, and while he is keen to impress new manager Julian Nagelsmann, he will most likely end up being loaned out once again.

Zirkzee stole the headlines last week for missing a sitter in a friendly against Ajax, with him being hesitant to take his chance in front of goal.

However, he has shown in the past that he has what it take to succeed at Bayern Munich in the future, yet it might take some time for him to break into the squad regularly.

The report claims that Anderlecht are one of the clubs monitoring Zirkzee's situation at Bayern Munich, with Hellas Verona also being interested in him.

Zirkzee burst onto the scene late in 2019, with him bagging two goals in his first two Bundesliga appearances, despite only playing a combined eight minutes in them.

Since then, he struggled for playing time in Germany, making 17 appearances in all competitions for the German giants, yet he is clearly one of the players that Bayern are highlighting as one for the future, and they want him to get regular playing time in order to develop.

A loan move to either one of Anderlecht of Verona could prove to be the opportunity that Zirkzee needs to showcase his talent to his new manager.
