Sir Alex Ferguson, a legendary manager that always gives his all.

Today, on the 26th of July 2018, Manchester United released a video of Sir Alex Ferguson thanking the hospital staff, his family, friends and also the fans from all over the world for the constant support and privacy that he received during the time he was hospitalised.

The legendary Scotsman suffered a brain haemorrhage on the 5th of May 2018, and had to undergo an emergency surgery. Thankfully, the former Manchester United manager is slowly recovering and is in a much better condition than before. Ever since his emergency operation, fans, former players, rival clubs and colleagues have all done their best to support Sir Alex and his family during the troubling time, and that support seems to have been rewarded with the Scotsman recovering well.

Sir Alex had a very successful managerial career, mainly with Manchester United, where he won 13 Premier League titles, 5 FA Cups, 4 League Cups, 2 UEFA Champions League titles, 10 FA Community Shields, a FIFA Club World Cup, a UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, a UEFA Super Cup and an Intercontinental Cup, all in a 27-year spell as Manchester United manager.

Due to his immense success, Sir Alex made lots of friends, but also an outstanding number of enemies, yet they were all in support of him during his poor health condition, as rivalries were set aside.

Sir Alex Ferguson assured the Manchester United fans that he will once again be in the stands to watch the famous club play, later on this season, as he has always done ever since his retirement.
